This home in New Jersey was designed for a family of four — contemporary interior, dark accents, classic elements. The house spans 745 m² across three floors. Key rooms — children's bedroom, living area, home office, and a full basement with sauna — were each developed individually.

The design was completed in two weeks. Materials are sourced from China and coordinated remotely across Dubai and New Jersey. Wall installations came out to within 1–1.5 mm. The exterior and grounds are currently in development.

This ultra-luxury penthouse in Dubai was designed for a young client seeking a refined, exclusive home. The penthouse layout includes an open-plan living and dining area and a Primary Bedroom suite with a walk-in wardrobe. Panoramic windows frame stunning city views and fill the space with natural light.

In this project, we used natural wood veneers on ceilings and walls, handcrafted bas-reliefs with thematic designs, natural parquet flooring, travertine in the bathroom, stone, and metal details. The apartment features radial surfaces, sculptural lighting, Italian furniture and fixtures, and a careful combination of materials and textures to create a sophisticated, highly luxurious, and cohesive interio

The client wanted a contemporary home with dark accents, classic elements, and high comfort. We planned two living rooms, private suites, a children’s room, a gym and a triple garage, all tailored to the family’s routines.

The visual concept is contemporary-classic — dark interiors contrasted with white plasterwork, marble and bronze — centered on a living room with a fireplace and a white staircase as an architectural focal point, furnished with Italian and bespoke pieces for restrained sophistication. The full concept, visuals and documentation were completed in 40 days.
