About Us
IO Design is an international architecture and interior design studio with offices in Dubai and New York, founded in 2018 by architect Ivan Ogienko.
Our approach draws on four markets: Europe’s respect for timeless design, Dubai’s speed and execution, Ukraine’s engineering discipline, and the United States’ ability to think at scale—building environments for ambitious, growing businesses.
Today we work with developers, hospitality brands, wellness operators, retailers, restaurants, corporate offices and investors across the UAE, the US and beyond. Our role goes beyond designing interiors: we study how each business operates, find opportunities for growth, and create spaces that strengthen the brand, improve customer experience and support long-term success.

Jubail Island Villa
A 5597 sqft family villa on Saadiyat Island, designed for both everyday living and entertaining. Connected social spaces, a separate cinema and a private upper floor support different family activities, while natural materials, contrasting tones and custom furniture create a refined, functional home.
ARABIAN RANCHES
Total area: 3035 ft²
The client envisioned a private, spacious home with a pool, garden and sufficient budget for a high-quality renovation. The existing villa, however, was defined by an outdated layout, compact rooms and limited storage.
We removed walls, reinforced the structure and redesigned the staircase to create greater openness and flow. The master suite was unified, while bathrooms and storage systems were completely modernized.

Total area: 1377 ft²
Designed as a balance of social energy and private calm, the interior unfolds through connected spaces for entertaining, relaxing and everyday living.
Neutral tones, refined mouldings and subtle gold accents create a light, timeless atmosphere with understated elegance.
Siena Views
Площадь: 7513 ft²
The 7513 ft² two-story villa underwent a complete architectural and interior reconstruction. Only the existing structural columns were retained, while the internal configuration, façade, glazing and outdoor areas were redesigned. The interior combines warm wood, expressive natural stone, soft neutral finishes and integrated lighting, with panoramic glazing creating a strong connection between the house and landscape.
