About Us
IO Design is an international architecture and interior design studio with offices in Dubai and New York, founded in 2018 by architect Ivan Ogienko.
Our approach has been shaped by four different markets. From Europe, we inherited a deep respect for timeless architecture and design. From Dubai, we adopted world-class service, speed and execution. From Ukraine, we built strong engineering discipline and the ability to solve complex technical challenges. From the United States, we learned to think at scale — creating environments that support ambitious businesses, long-term growth and lasting value.

VILLA IN SUNDIALS
Full furnishing and fit-out, including premium furniture, curated artwork, custom lighting and a private cinema. The villa features two bedrooms and a spacious living area divided into functional zones. The interiors and outdoor areas are designed as one cohesive environment.

Two-bedroom apartment. The interior features wall mouldings, decorative MDF slat panels, a custom kitchen island, bespoke furniture and roller blinds. Layered lighting with concealed LED strips adds depth throughout the space. The project was managed from the initial concept to final handover, fully ready for move-in.

The open-plan living area extends onto panoramic balconies overlooking the Bluewaters Island waterfront. Emerald velvet, warm stone surfaces and abstract art in burnt orange create depth and contrast. The palette reflects both the coastal setting and the energy of the location.
